Vermont Association of Area Agencies on Aging and their member organizations, Age Well, Central Vermont Council on Aging, Northeast Kingdom Council on Aging, Senior Solutions and Southwestern Vermont Council on Aging, have launched an outreach campaign to educate and encourage older Vermonters to get vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19.

All you need to do is call the Vermont Association of Area Agencies on Aging hotline and they can answer your questions and help you schedule an appointment. Just call
